Responsibilities
• Support the Category Manager in creating marketing opportunity for new products, complementing existing range of products and businesses for expansion and growth for South East Asia and South Asia region.
• Work closely with CSI and R&D to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Update and maintain the New Product Information database to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market trends and production details.
• Conduct product evaluation sessions in collaboration with category and R&D teams.
• Provide insights on regional market trends across various categories.
• Perform market analysis to understand market trends, consumer behaviour and the competitive landscape via primary data and secondary data.
• Develop and curate compelling marketing materials to captivate and engage customers.
• Develop and present relevant marketing concepts in response to customer and sales requests.
• Coordinate projects with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of projects.
• Regularly review with Category, R&D teams, and relevant departments to enhance category capabilities, implement best practices, and stay updated on trends.
• Support and assist the Category Manager in planning and organizing Regional Strategy Category Meetings.
Requirements
*Minimum degree or relevant educational qualifications, preferably with academic specialisation(s) in Marketing, Advertising, Media Planning, Food Science, or equivalent
*1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing role related (Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply)
*Prior exposure in global MNC company and FMCG would be an added advantage
*Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other presentation tools
