Job requirements:
- Must have the required training and certifications for a Security Supervisor (SS)
- Day/Night/Rotating Shift
Scope includes:
- Conduct daily day/night patrols on alternate basis
- Visit all sites under the Company's porfolio at least 3 times per month
- Conduct spot audits on Security Officers deployed at the sites
- Perform an assessment of the knowledge and skill of the Security Officers at site
- Put up and submit reports on each site visit and audit on daily basis to GPIS Management
- Provide training and instruction to officers who lack competence in execution of their roles and responsibilities
- Monthly assessment of all officers assessed with the month
- Give suggestions for cotinuous improvement
