Responsibilites
- Buiding and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Developing strategic account plans for key clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Leading sales efforts with key clients, including presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the business chanllenges and goals of key clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key clients.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the client relationship.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, clients feedback, and market insights to management.
- Continuosly seeking ways to enhance client relationship and improve sales processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Adminstration, Marketing, sales or related field is often required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing key accounts or strategic clients.
- Posses own transport vehicle.
