Tech Risk Manager

We are hiring for a Technology Risk Manager to manage end to end plans of Risk & Control resources and activities for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage an end to end plan for the realignment of Risk and Control resources and

activities within T&I.

• Act as the central point of contact for Risk and Control ‘demand management’ and manage

external requests for work and allocate the work internally.

• Manage oversight and delivery of key Risk and Control projects and objectives, establish project

management office

• Responsible to ensure that all team related processes are adhered to at all times, as well as

those related to Governance & Change obligations for Risk and Control

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in within the financial services industry. Background in management consulting, technology, banking or financial services preferred.

• Familiar and hands-on experience in effecting MAS regulatory guidelines (e.g. MAS TRM Notice & Guidelines, Outsourcing guideline, Business Continuity, etc);

• Good project management experience

• Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills are criteria. Strong presentation skills

• Experience operating in a risk or control role is an advantage.
