Seeking cheerful and punctual retail associates for our bath and kitchen showrooms. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in selecting the appropriate bathroom wares, fittings, and accessories to achieve their dream home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance and expert advice to customers
- Maintain a strong understanding of all products in the showroom
- Ability to explain features and benefits of the products to customers
- Close sales and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers including follow-up and after-sales support
- Work closely with other team members, but also able to work independently
- Ensure showroom is in good condition, clean and organized
Experience in ID/reno as well as bath and kitchen showrooms is a strong advantage.
5.5 day work week (Saturday duty required)
Locations in Commonwealth, Ubi, Pasir Panjang and Marina Square
