Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The key role of this position is to nurture leads through various communication channels (email, WhatsApp, and phone calls) and lead sales consultations in-house. The Sales Consultant will ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers onto the ONE Personal Training program and their allocated trainer. Additionally, the role involves warm outreach to re-engaged cold leads and ex-customers to drive more sales.


Lead Nurturing and Sales Consultations:

Manage and nurture incoming leads through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Conduct in-house sales consultations to understand prospective clients' needs and match them with appropriate training programs.

Follow up with leads and clients to provide information, answer questions, and address any concerns.


Customer Onboarding

Ensure new customers are smoothly onboarded onto the One PT program.

Coordinate with trainers to match clients with the appropriate personal trainer.

Provide clients with all necessary information and resources to get started.


Warm Outreach and Sales:

Conduct warm outreach to re-engaged cold leads and ex-customers.

Reintroduce our services, highlight new offerings, and drive sales through personalized communication.

Track and report outreach efforts and results.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.

Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
  • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Actively engage with potential clients, both in-person and through various communication channels, to promote and sell ONE Personal Training Package.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' fitness goals, assess their needs, and recommend ONE Personal Training Services
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of 1-on-1 personal training and services offered at ONE Personal Training
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries quickly, nurturing relationships to increase conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the personal training market.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our personal training services, including different training styles, exercise techniques, and program customization.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training, highlighting how it can help them achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
