Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes (up to 600 headcount)
- Prepare payroll related reports including data input for accounting purposes
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirement
- Respond to the client queries related to payroll
- Participate in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or migration or any payroll related projects
- Provide operational support to the BPO team.
- Daily update and maintain MS Planner/ Loop to monitor client portfolio deadlines, with continuous follow-up to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Cover for teammates during their absences, ensuring seamless payroll operations
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or its equivalent
- Min 2 - 5 year(s) of payroll processing with supervisory capacity; senior candidates will be considered for the Supervisor role
- Experience in varies HRIS system
- Well accustomed to the regulations of Employment Act, CPF and Employee Tax regulations.
- Above includes administering annual leave/medical leave/resignation and settlement.
- Independent and can be relied upon to meet different monthly payroll deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
