Job Description :

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes (up to 600 headcount)
  • Prepare payroll related reports including data input for accounting purposes
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirement
  • Respond to the client queries related to payroll
  • Participate in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or migration or any payroll related projects
  • Provide operational support to the BPO team.
  • Daily update and maintain MS Planner/ Loop to monitor client portfolio deadlines, with continuous follow-up to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Cover for teammates during their absences, ensuring seamless payroll operations


Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or its equivalent
  • Min 2 - 5 year(s) of payroll processing with supervisory capacity; senior candidates will be considered for the Supervisor role
  • Experience in varies HRIS system
  • Well accustomed to the regulations of Employment Act, CPF and Employee Tax regulations.
  • Above includes administering annual leave/medical leave/resignation and settlement.
  • Independent and can be relied upon to meet different monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
