Overall Job Objectives
Support managed firewall, endpoints, internet, router, WLAN, and link balancer services, including backend Infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
- To deploy and provide professional services (including but not limited to implementation and upgrading of Cybersecurity products, managing customers and timeline) to customers on the products that NETPLUZ provides.
- To provide a workable (or alternative) solution(s) based on customer's requirements.
- To conduct product training for our customers/ partners and internal peers/departments.
- As a subject matter expert, assist in providing domain knowledge and technical skills transfer of the products or solutions to our maintenance team to support our customers when required.
- Assist sales/ support team in technical aspects (e.g., product features/ functionalities clarification, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc) on the ad-hoc situation.
- Maintain and provide support on Backend Infrastructure, conduct quarterly preventive maintenance and standby duties.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of Expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls, networking, URL filtering, information security and virus protection.
- The commercial acumen to provide cost-effective security solutions.
- An enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest updates about security threats and solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills that go beyond "tech talk" - the ability to translate complex IT matters to those without an IT background.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Previous exposure to Networks, firewalls (Preferably Fortinet, Sophos), wide-scale WLAN deployment.
- Preferred qualifications: CCNA, NSE-4

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
