- This position reports to the Supervisor of Customer Document Management team and is responsible for managing customer documentation and ensuring customers' document are safe keep in an orderly manner.
- Key stakeholders will include Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking team and cross-functional Operations teams.
- Manage and store customer’s documents received into the Bank document vault.
- Responsible for digitalisation and updating of existing/new customer’s documents in the regional document management system (RDMS).
- Responsible for uploading & managing of specimen signature in Signature verification system (SVS).
- Liaise with other business units and customers.
- Be proactive with projects related to implementing new products, controls, and system enhancements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field.
- Min. 1 year experience in customer onboarding or document management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
