Manage customer order fulfilment
• Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
• Troubleshoot customer queries related to product knowledge, order processing, shipment and returns
Job Requirement:
- 2 years’ experience in retail or service industry
- 1 year experience in a position of leadership, management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver sales floor
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
