Responsibilities:
- To manage inventory of spares for machineries
- To prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual report submissions on status of spares
- To conduct annual stocktake for equipment (workshop machinery)
- To ensure lock-out tag-out is carried out for defective equipment
- To maintain good records of equipment last servicing date and the repair history of system
- To carry out indent of spares using SAP
- To perform the required work processes for accountable spare disposal
- To carry out routine check to ensure the accountability of spares at workshops
- To carry out stock taking with client
Requirements:
- NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field or Logistics
- Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
- Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle ambiguity and uncertainties with operations and clients
- Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
