Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, maintain and support multiple applications like ERP, POS, CRM and web applications.
- Solve business problems and taking advantage of business opportunities while using technology
- Manage and handle Point of sale (POS) deployment regionally
- Manage and roll out CRM (Sales Force) regionally
- Manage existing API and middle ware system and explore new technologies for enhancement
- Provide mentorship, coaching, goal setting, development, and recruitment for the IT Application team
- Manage and lead larger scale projects and drive towards successful completion of these projects
- Ensure that project objectives are met and financial goals achieved
- Manage product sourcing and existing vendors
- Identify, deliver new projects and enhancements in line with business needs and strategies leveraging on internal team and external onshore and offshore partners
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure transparency and well-planned communications
- Manage Application Roadmap and Lifecycle to develop and maintain roadmap for enterprise applications
- Responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of ECC SAP environment and related applications.
- Provide technological, strategic guidance and leadership in the development of all SAP based projects
- Oversee and ensure documentation of all projects
Requirements
- Degree/ Masters in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- 5 Years of experiences in Application system
- At least 5 years' experience in managing projects and team
- Experience in SAP is essential
- Experience in working in Retail organization with Ecommerce system
- Knowledge of Point of Sales, Sales force is an added advantage
- Knowledge in API, Middleware
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure/ Cloud computing(AWS)
- Possess thorough understanding of SAP ECC6 as well as a broad knowledge of available SAP and related partner technologies
- Required to travel based on business needs
