How you spend your time:
· Responsible for alignment of production schedule between in house sales team and logistic team to meet delivery schedule in customer orders fulfilment
· Working out a maintenance plan and conduct regular check on machinery including lorry and forklift.
· Devises improvement plan for both machinery and process to increase efficiency in production and logistic.
· Handling dispute resolution with logistic and shipping companies.
· Updating of asset management record and involve in ISO audit.
· Achieving Quality Management System (QMS) targets set by management generate QMS report monthly for management update.
· Managing of external contractors working in DSO with proper RA and SWP.
· To be in charge of overall facility maintenance in DSO and also the coordinator to interface with the landlord on facility related matters such as fire alarm testing and evacuation plan.
· Lead logistic team in warehousing and facility matters.
· Capacity planning of logistic team in production and delivery.
What will make you successful:
· Minimum 10 years of working experience in logistic preferred.
· Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office features
· Verbal and written communication skill in English, verbal communication in multiple languages / dialect will be an added advantages
