Job Description
- Proposed A&A to existing building for use as laboratory facility
- Min 10 - 12 (construction and DLP) months contract
Requirements
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Mechanical & Electrical works.
- Experience in supervision of Institutional projects would be an advantage.
- Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as site M&E Resident Technical Officer
- Experience in A&A works and particularly strong in Mechanical & Electrical Services is preferred
- Well conversant with the local COP / Regulations
- Able to start immediately or with short notice
