- Handling of the bank’s backend SWIFT system operations.
- Process SWIFT message requests from relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the SWIFT message queues and ensure the messages are handle appropriately and in timely manner.
- Resolving problems through various communication channels with internal client, including overseas branches.
- Assist stakeholders with resolving any wire transfer system related issues.
- Be proactive with projects related to implementing new products, controls, and system enhancements.
- Liaise with internal clients and other banks for transactions requiring further review/information by Compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Candidate with minimum 1 year experience in Payment/Operations with SWIFT knowledge will be added advantage.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of payments &/or related compliance requirements and industry best practices.
- Fresh graduate with the right attitude can be considered.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of payments &/or related compliance requirements and industry best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word.
