Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients to assigned meeting rooms at the Concierge and main reception.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area that reflects the company's image.
- Provide front desk services to both clients and internal staff.
Meeting Room Management:
- Manage and maximize meeting room resources using the booking system.
- Maintain conference room bookings and coordinate reservations via the Converge platform.
Client and Staff Assistance:
- Assist external and internal clients, as well as walk-ins, with general inquiries.
- Operate the switchboard and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Take and serve beverage orders as needed.
Additional Tasks:
- Coordinate security procedures, including issuing security badges to new hires and visiting colleagues from other countries.
- Assist with urgent printing requests at the counter.
- Monitor executive toilets behind the reception counter and coordinate with janitors to ensure cleanliness.
- Liaise with building management for ad hoc office maintenance requests.
- Coordinate name card printing requests with external printers.
- Provide backup support to the mailroom during breaks, including receiving and sending deliveries at the reception counter.
- Perform other simple administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
- Outgoing personality with proven work experience as a receptionist, corporate front office, or similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
