Job Responsibilities:
• Support various laboratory sections in day-to-day operations.
• To establish a QC management protocol to ensure the highest standard of laboratory results.
• To assist the Senior Laboratory Manager and various stakeholders in establishing a Laboratory Information System (LIS)
• Ensure that the laboratory complies with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Will be trained to get ready for managerial position
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Manager
Laboratory Qualifications and Skills:
• Familiar with Total Laboratory Quality Management processes
• Knowledgeable about Laboratory Automation Systems (LAS)
• Proficient in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Project management skills, including the ability to track and manage inventory
• Excellent multitasking skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Clinical Lab
