Responsibilities:
· Process order thru JDE system
· Follow up on customer’s pending order, backorder and shipment status
· Handles telephone calls, sales enquiry, sales reservation, customer’s complaint and discrepancies
· Perform customer’s sales quotation entry
· Liaise with Warehouse, Shipping and Account Department to expedite the Sales Order
· Liaise with customer appointed forwarder for vessel schedule
· Prepares documents for courier, hand-carry, air or sea freight arrangement
· Performs sales support and administrative duties.
Requirements:
· At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
· At least 1-2 years working experience in sales support
· Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
· Proficient in MS Excel and Word
· Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavendar)
