- Request quatation and prices negotiation with suppliers
- Prepare purchase order, ensure timely delivery and follow through the complete procurement cycle.
- Responsible for construction materials/ machinery purchase and maintaining a proper record for receipts and issuance.
- Matching of suppliers's invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO.
- Maintain up-to-date prices from suppliers.
