Pixel Tech Pte Ltd is a local based graphic communication / commercial packaging company . We are looking to employ dedicated Project Coordinator to value add to our organisation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare sales quotation.
- Create and process sales orders in a timely manner and process requests for rush order.
- Monitor and review pending orders with status follow-up and communicate closely with customers on updates.
- Establish communication with internal team on order fulfillment and delivery arrangement.
- Manage customer's feedback effectively and provide solutions on problem-solving.
- Proactive engagement in maintaining excellent rapport with customers
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Personality Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively using proper grammar in both written and verbal communications.
- Resourceful, meticulous, customer-focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient with MS Office
