Job responsibilities:
- 1. Oversee the work of other technicians, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support
- 2. Develop and implement technical procedures and protocols
- 3. Manage equipment inventory and ensure timely maintenance.
- 4. Train new technicians on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- 5. Oversee the completion of repairs according to specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
- 6. Maintain an inventory of parts and supplies, and order new parts as needed
- 7. Manage a budget for repairs, parts, and equipment
