Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day helpdesk operations such as attending tickets, and walk-in requests via Zoom, email or any other telecommunication channel.
- Take part in the ad-hoc projects and special tasks related to IT Asset Management.
- Configure and set up new laptops.
- Assist with the new joiner’s onboarding and also staff’s offboarding.
- Help in maintaining the IT assets.
- Assist IT Security by helping to update software at workstations and assist in rectifying the issues reported.
- Analyze the number of tickets lodged, based on the pattern and suggest analytical support on how to resolve repetitive issues.
- Undertake other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in any fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
