RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Log calls and follow through on Facilities and IT related issue for your team.
  • Raise, track and manage PO for the team.
  • Log calls for any invoice and payment issues with accounts team.
  • Manage onboarding of new hires Laptop, badges and access application, collect laptops and badges from resigned employees.
  • Maintain sufficient lab supplies such as stationeries, pantry food, first aid supplies and etc.
  • Coordinate with scrap vendor to collect scrap, monitor and administer hazard free working environment.
  • Manage visitor support such as arranging meeting schedules, room booking, cab booking, food catering, visitors card access and etc.
  • Collect mails once per week.
  • Others Buying lunches/ snacks/ help out during office events and other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of Office Admin experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and planning skill.
  • Has initiatives, attention to details and strong problem-solving skills.
