Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day administration, operations, and maintenance of the Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Access Management/Identity Governance (IAM/IGA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs related to the operations of PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA.
- Perform daily health checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations of the PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA solutions.
- Perform security hardening of the PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA solutions according to security standards.
- Assess and apply applicable patches (both functional and security) to the PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA solutions according to the policy and standards.
- Planning and performing regular BCP and DR exercise for PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA solutions.
- Developing and providing technical, audit and business reports related to PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA.
- Developing and maintaining documentation such as SOPs, administrator and user guides related to PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA.
- Drive the automation and integration of PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA to other systems to improve security posture and productivity.
- Support audits involving the PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA solutions.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Security related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience working with PAM, IAM/IGA and MFA products.
- Possesses certifications on the following products: Ansible, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Cisco Duo, RSA SecurID and SailPoint.
- Possess working experience in the following areas. Certifications are advantageous.
- Active Directory, LDAP, Red Hat IdM
- Solaris OS, RHEL OS, MS Windows Server
- Oracle Database, MS SQL, MySQL
- Coding experience with Ansible, Python and PowerShell.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels including non-technical colleagues
