Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily Purchasing function including issuing Purchase orders, Tracking Payment status and Delivery Schedules
  • Work with Sales teams on Quotations and expediting confirmed Orders
  • Negotiate with Vendors on Cost and Lead time
  • Track Purchase orders and Back order
  • Monitor Stock movement and Replenishment
  • Ad-hoc duties by Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “A” Levels, Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 - 3 years of working experience
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably with ERP experience
  • Has Initiative and a Positive learning attitude
  • Pleasant personality and Customer service orientate
