Develop & implement a structured Go-To-Market Plan for Laptops:
a) Define and develop Channel Structure & Engagement Model
i. Main Distributor -> Resellers -> Customers (Government, Enterprise & SME)
ii. Main Distributor -> Retailers -> Customers (Consumers & SME)
iii. Online sales and Special Deal Registration Sales
b) Define and develop relevant Channel Pricings and Margins based on [a]
c) Work with Manufacturer Product Team to develop localized Product Marketing Materials (e.g. product brochures and specifications)
d) Work with Manufacturer Product Team to deliver local Channel Sales Training
e) Define and develop localized Product Marketing Campaign
i. SEO
ii. Advertisements (Traditional Media, Social Media & Influencers marketing)
iii. Website content creation and update
iv. Exhibitions (IT Shows, Roadshows)
f) Develop the relevant Channel Marketing Budget
g) Present to management the required Product Market Development Fund (MDF)
h) Establish sales quota and incentive schemes for channel partners.
i) Establish forecasting mechanisms with channel partners.
j) Business Development for corporate accounts
k) Post implementation review and adjustments
Requirements
a) Degree or diploma
b) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
c) Experience in working as a Laptop Product Manager
d) Experience in working as a Laptop Product Channel Manager
e) Experience in Channel Management, Forecasting & Product Sales Development
f) Knowledgeable in product channel marketing
g) Good with excel tools
h) Able to work under pressure
