Marketing Brand Manager

Position Overview:


The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and leadership skills to enhance brand equity and market share.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to meet business objectives.

- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

2. Marketing Planning and Execution:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, TV, etc.).

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create impactful advertising and promotional materials.

3. Product Management:

- Oversee product development and innovation initiatives.

- Manage product life cycles, from inception to launch and post-launch analysis.

4. Brand Consistency and Communication:

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to gather consumer insights and identify trends.

- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.

6. Budget Management:

- Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.

7. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

8. Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Passionate about branding and marketing.

- Innovative and forward-thinking.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
