The Role
Leading our established Technical Shipping team, you will be working with Ship Owners and Ship Management companies providing high-end recruitment solutions across Asia Pacific. You would initially be responsible for managing & development of a small team with a view to hiring and building a bigger team around you. You will also work closely with the Director, building relationships with business owners, winning new business for yourself and the team and working strategically on the vision & direction of your business area. This role also provides the opportunity to take on wider business management in the future.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be a successful Recruitment Team Leader, ready to make the step up. You will have a proven track record in leading from the front in recruitment, managing and growing teams and winning new business/delivering quality recruitment services. You do not need to have a background in Maritime, we have years of experience in this sector so can teach you what you need to know. But you will need to have the confidence and tenacity to learn your market and hit the ground running on client development.
