What you will be doing on a daily basis:
- Foster effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with company's existing clientele while actively seeking out new business, with a particular emphasis on utilising innovative & digital platforms.
- Create and implement action plans to increase revenue via digital channels.
- To find trends, opportunities, and competitor activity on different social media platforms, do market research and analysis (Linkedin, Facebook etc.)
- Work closely with marketing team to launch effective marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Make suggestions and put content development plans into action that are in line with the objectives of digital sales.
- Examine competitors' actions across various sales channels in order to find new business prospects.
- Track, oversee, and evaluate each sales channel's and marketing campaign's return on investment.
