- Contribute to the development of HR management dashboards and analytics.
- Facilitate quicker and more effective decision-making through data insights.
- Oversee all salary review processes.
- Assist in the budgeting process, focusing on manpower numbers and costs.
- Maintain high potential and succession plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR and Compensation and Benefits
- Good knowledge of employment law and regulations and HR practices of Singapore
