  • Support the alignment of departmental and corporate goals with productivity and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Contribute to achieving the department's and organization's vision and mission.
  • Work with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities and issues.

  • Evaluate and improve compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure these programs effectively attract, motivate, and retain talent in line with business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute HR initiatives smoothly.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in market surveys and conduct regular market studies.
  • Benchmark against external markets to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage wage, salary, and benefits programs.
  • Recommend changes based on current and anticipated employment conditions in Singapore.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluations to maintain accurate and competitive job structures.
  • Contribute to the development of HR management dashboards and analytics.
  • Facilitate quicker and more effective decision-making through data insights.
  • Oversee all salary review processes.
  • Assist in the budgeting process, focusing on manpower numbers and costs.
  • Maintain high potential and succession plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR and Compensation and Benefits
  • Good knowledge of employment law and regulations and HR practices of Singapore
