1. The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager, he will be responsible for the day-to day operations and ensure the daily smooth running of the banquet administration and operations as well as maintaining safety standrads and procedures.
2. The Operations Managers has strong problem solving and analytical skills and may be required to work irregular hours.
3. You MUST have at least 5 years of banquet operations manager experience preferably from Hospitality Industry
4. Possess great passion & commitment for service excellence
5. Positive attitutde with high level of energy & enthusiasm
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good leadership
