Responsibilities:
- To assist in handling users’ application support & IT Administration related matters
- Liaise with IT vendors as and when required
- Ensure better-quality and faster turnaround of IT user's requests
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Nitec/ Diploma in Information System Technology
- Basic understanding of SQL queries
- Good understanding of code programming (e.g., Java, C#, Swift, etc)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent systematic & logical thinking skills
- Excellent team player who takes initiative to improve processes
- Quick learner who can pick up practical knowledge about new technologies, tools & IT systems
- Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools is an advantage (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc)
