We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our company's growth. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual with a creative mindset who is eager to grow alongside the company.

SGProtein is a Singapore-based food tech company that manufactures plant-based meat analogues. Driven by the global trend towards a flexitarian diet due to environmental, sustainability, and health concerns, SGProtein addresses the increasing demand for alternative protein sources. By producing the latest generation of meat analogues for their clients, SGProtein enables companies from small start-ups to big food-producing companies to scale up their innovation. Equipped with a state-of-the-art high-capacity extruder for high-moisture meat analogues and a range of further processing machinery, SGProtein manufactures according to customer specifications. SGProtein produces, packs, cools or freezes, and delivers the products, so their clients can focus on developing and selling them; because SGProtein believes that innovation can only grow with the proper infrastructure.

Job Description

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand our client base.

- Develop, steer and manage new business opportunity pipelines.

- Apply and track strategies on different channels e.g., email, adverts etc. to explore new business opportunities.

- Own and manage the entire sales cycle (including sales pipeline) and funnel the CRM system.

- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, conferences and events.

- Build rapports and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure close customer contact, engagement, and follow-up.

- Cultivate, engage and manage existing customer accounts to further expand and grow the business and to improve customer loyalty.

- Develop in-depth knowledge and gain knowledge in our products.


Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or relevant fields

- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in food and beverage industry

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

- Open-minded and passionate about new products

- Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a sound business acumen

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in sales pipeline management.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Structure

- Reports to the company’s CEO

- 5 Days work week


- Buroh Lane (with morning and evening shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT station).


Start Date

- Immediate or within short notice
