Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ACP as a great place to work for all candidates.
- Gather requirements of the technical roles to be able to have an in depth understanding of the role
- Engage in exploratory calls with candidates for a first level of candidate screening for suitability for the role(s)
- Ensuring job postings are made on all suitable recruitment portals
- Actively conduct multiple and complex search for suitable candidates
- Maintain a pipeline of enthusiastic and qualified candidates
- Work with recruitment agencies to source for suitable qualified candidates
- Propose creative sourcing strategies so as to attract more candidates
- Arrange for and conduct first round of interviews before providing evaluations and feedback to both internal stakeholders
- Recommend or present the short-listed candidates to external stakeholders
- Manage or engage short-listed candidates effectively to help them cross the finish line by making them join successfully
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical recruitment experience, either in-house or agency environment
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest technology trends
- Able to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment while achieving the results of making the number targeted hires within the required timeline
- Proven experience with research and sourcing tools (i.e., Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space
- Proven ability to communicate efficiently, prioritize tasks and see through tasks on an end-to-end basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally as well as externally
