Responsibilities
- Consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
- Actively seek customer feedback, promote products, and identify new business prospects.
- Plan and manage events such as roadshows and in-store promotions.
- Enhance product offerings in retail outlets by effective categorization and merchandising.
- Ensure the upkeep of marketing materials, promotional items, store displays, point-of-sale elements, and signage in stores.
- Manage inventory, including regular stock checks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Perform various other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
- Driven by sales, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
- Exhibit strong creativity and imaginative thinking.
- A team player with strong service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
