Our client is a global provider of waste and energy management solutions. They’re now looking for a QEHS Manager to lead their company in QEHS.

Reporting directly to the GM, this role will:
- Lead the QEHS department and work actively with senior stakeholders in the business to oversee QEHS matters, including guidelines and procedures implementation etc.
- Define and develop health & safety policies and ensure reliability and effectiveness of the quality systems and environmental reporting.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and the ISO certifications, including following up on certification audits, SOPs updates
- Work closely with the Fire Safety Manager for the effective deployment of the Emergency Response Plan
- Responsible for the compliance with the Singapore regulations including terms of licenses to operate
- Support in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies
- Develop a centralised environmental reporting
- Conduct safety visits, incident reporting & root cause analysis, incident actions tracking etc.
- Participate in the WSH committee
job requirement
- Degree in Process Safety / Chemical Engineering / QEHS / Environmental Engineering
- Possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (SDWSH), or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical, refinery, pharmaceutical, power plant or green business;
- Experience in management
- Able to lead a cross-functional team to achieve departmental goal of lean production and operational excellence
- Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Joo Koon/Boon Lay) (company transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
