Full Time/ Part - Time Clinic Assistant Cum Herbal Medication Dispenser

Job scope and responsibilities:

· Manage reception area.

· Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointment making, billing, etc.

· Administrative duties such as insurance claims, etc.

· Herbal dispensing, packing and stock taking.

· Assist TCM physician during consultations if required.

· Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of clinic.

· Any other duties as required.


Requirements

· Able to converse in English and Mandarin Chinese.

· Experience in relevant healthcare setting would be an advantage.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good customer-service mindset

· 5 - 5.5 day work week (may include evening sessions and/or weekends)

· Medical and leave benefits provided for full time staffs.
