Job Description:
- Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise all appointed field activitiesSupervise and lead field teams, including safety, quality, time reporting and records completed tasks.
- Maintaining team competency, discipline, cohesiveness and morale.
- Lead safety tool-box discussions, safety audits / inspections and meetings
- Participate in task risk assessments, prepare method statements, safety instructions prior to execution of scheduled activities.
- Ensure LOTO/blind list is workable as per field conditions.
- Ensure materials availability and sufficient to use for execution work crew, follow up on returning unused quantities to Neste warehouse team.
- Report and participate in investigations on any safety and quality incident or noncompliance.
- Ready to support during an emergency as per plant owner emergency response plan
- Good practical experience in maintenance works for mechanical static equipment with knowledge of standards, methods, practices, tools and materials for the repair, servicing and inspections.
- Computer literacy and ability to update or retrieve required reports and records
- Ability to develop method statements & task risks assessments for assigned works
- Ability to supervise and lead work teams.
- Good interpersonal skills and is able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience in Maintenance/Project/TA work with major refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Knowledge in piping construction and lifting works, able to read and interpret Equipment Drawings
- Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
- Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
- Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects
- Strong in communication skill and
- A team player
- Experience in previous leadership roles
- Perform rotating shift so Need to have a strong mentality for night shift work
- We prefer to work holiday like sunday and other public holiday, so candidated need to be mantally prepared
- Physically fit and strong
