Purpose of the role
As a team lead of Singapore Planning Team under Planning & Governance Affairs Department (SGBR – PGAD), drive initiatives, manage team members, and report to Head of Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance safety & soundness for Singapore Branch
- Contribute to organizational optimization
- Lead various initiatives to realize sustainable business operations
- Lead Singapore Planning Team and develop human resources
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Japanese banking industry.
- Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, a degree from a Japanese university or equivalent required to effectively communicate with Japanese counterparts in Singapore and senior management in Tokyo Head Office and across APAC on business operations and planning initiatives
- Experience in leading projects
- Strong communication skills to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders
