With a strong emphasis on life cycle cost analysis and logistics optimization, they empower clients to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and performance. As the company expands its presence mainly in Southeast Asia, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships in the region.


Role Overview

As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead the sales efforts, develop key accounts, and establish a strong market presence. Drawing upon your experience in the region, you will formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives. Core markets to develop Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7 + years of experience in sales leadership roles within the technology, engineering, or consulting industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with established networks and relationships within the region.
  • Experience and understanding of solutions in - Life Cycle Management, Asset Management, Logistic Engineering, Operations Research.
  • Experience from, or knowledge about, the defense sector and/or doing business with government agencies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ambitious.
  • A personal drive to get things done.
