Sales Manager

We are representing our client in the Marine industry in hiring for a Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue from new and existing customers and markets to drive business growth.
• Manage direct sales channels and bid activities.
• Provide customer insights to the Product team to ensure understanding of customer needs.
• Contact assigned customers or prospects to sell products within a specific geography or market sector, focusing on sales targets and new business development.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue retention, growth, and new business targets.
• Create and manage client relationship plans to build connections with key decision-makers and influencers, facilitating communication and understanding customer needs.
• Set clear objectives for each sales interaction, adapt materials for engaging presentations, and gather information to evaluate and respond to customer needs.
• Build a network within the business sector and represent the company at industry events, enhancing visibility and reputation.
• Configure product and service solutions to meet customer needs, presenting and negotiating agreements within predefined commercial parameters.
• Collaborate internally and act as the customer advocate in cross-functional teams to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Experience as a Sales Manager in the Marine (Ship) industry
• Direct sales experience
• Strong customer relationship skills and a customer-centric approach
• Driven, with a natural hunter mentality
