Senior Executive, Learning & Development

Job Scope:

- To manage the end-to-end L&D process including training plan development, sourcing for training providers and gathering feedback.

- To establish HR best practices in talent management and development.

- To enhance employee engagement and sustaining a positive workplace by supporting programs, initiatives and surveys aimed at improving employee engagement and well-being.

- To coordinate and support Regional HR function in communication with regional companies to initiatives or projects by HQ Japan

- To support the implementation of HR initiatives, systems and policies in alignment with company objectives.

- To review and ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legislations and company requirements.

- Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned.


Requirements:

- Degree / Post graduate Diploma in HR or equivalent

- 8 years of relevant experience

- Possess Managerial experience

- Strong background in employee engagement and talent management.

- Competence in competency framework development and curation of learning pathways.

- Proven project management and implementation skills; ability to think critically, multitask and manage tight timelines under pressure.

- Strong stand-up facilitation ability.

- Excellent knowledge of basic local employment guidelines and regulations.

- Good communicate and written skill.

- Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- A self-driven and pro-active leader in implementing change
