Our client, a global MNC in the luxury fashion industry is looking for an Accounts Executive (AP) on 1 year contract basis to join their team.
The Role
You will be involved in handling the accounts payable function which includes vendor invoice management, timely processing of invoices, resolving disputes on invoices, reconciliation against vendor’s statement of accounts, maintaining vendor master data, managing expense claims, capex management and supporting the month end closing & reporting activities.
Your Profile
You should have a Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent professional accounting qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably from MNC or large accounting firm. You will need to be well versed in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, a good team player, have good communication skills, stakeholder management, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good time management.
