We are a tuition centre caters for the children (pri to sec levels) of Japanese expatriates residing in Singapore. Our centre tutors, prepares the students to sit for examinations of various colleges/universities in Japan and assist them to achieve good results for entrance to their choice shcools when they return to Japan.
Job Scope
- To prepare and set up classrooms ready for online lesson via Zooms Application including students seating arrangement
- To supervise students during class lessons and examinations
- Assist teachers in preparation for online lessons eg. setting up computers, microphones, web cameras etc.
- To communicate with teachers and students for class conducting
- Other related duties such as handing out test papers, scanning students work materials, prepare attendance sheets and marking attendents, online submissions of students work to teachers and vice versa, keeping the place clean & tidy and able to assist in other adhoc matters etc.
Requirements
- Japanese Language proficiency is a must to communicate effectively with Japanese teachers & students
- Able to work with Japanese language software eg. words, spreadsheets
- Knowledge with Zooms online application
- Able to work independently & manage multiple task
- Depending on lesson schedule, may be required to work additional hours as and when needed
- Able to commence work in Sep 24
This is part-time contract basis position with hourly rate of $23 per hour.
Standard working schedule
- Mon/Tues/Thurs (from 3pm ~ 8pm)
- Fri (from 3pm ~ 7pm)
