As a Field Marketing Manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future for the growth of our business. You take part in a complete marketing experience as you execute every facet of marketing. From events, collateral, creatives, narratives and growth outreach, you help shape the voice of products and help grow a loyal customer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, communications, legal, product, and more. The role enables you to shape the market roadmap, and support the execution of the SEA marketing strategy for Education.

Given recent developments and national deployments Workspace for Education and Chromebooks throughout South East Asia, education is transforming more quickly than ever before. We've seen tremendous growth in interest and product usage. This is a great opportunity to further impact and transform teaching & learning, driving loyalty, usage, preference and revenue for our products.

The Education marketing team creates narratives, programs and campaigns, working to showcase solutions for education leaders, teachers and ministries of education worldwide. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the central marketing and country teams on tentpole events and marketing assets for Education products across priority countries. You will align closely with sales managers to understand how the market ecosystem works and what messages resonate with the education community. You will manage complex projects, budgets and oversee agencies to create exemplary marketing events and programs for education decision makers.


Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of education marketing in South East Asia - developing first and third party event plans, programs, assets, comms and execution across all channels.
  • Develop deep know-how of the industry, competitive and customer landscapes to shape our education marketing events and programs
  • Ensure marketing assets and narratives are relevant and optimized for local Education sales and partners including pitch decks, demos and trainings

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of field marketing experience, including significant first and third party marketing event management, growth marketing, managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Excellent project management skills, especially the ability to stay organized and prioritize across many activities in a fast changing environment

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Languages: Strong business English written and verbal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from many teams, time zones, and functions
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and able to think big while paying careful attention to details
  • Thought leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with education technology
  • Public sector marketing.
