- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

- Achieving KPI's and goals
- Take lead for R&S sustaining projects
skills and experience required
- Master / Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in R&D semiconductor backend equipment manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in both front end and back end
- PMP & Six sigma certified will be a plus
