Job Responsbilities:
- Handle all administrative and organizational work
- Attend to customers enquiry via phone, text messages, emails, website and appointments
- Full charge of customers sales end-to-end process
- Collaborate with team on calendar management
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Liaising with accounts for month-end reports
- Verify and update all records of HR records with outsourced agent
- Follow through payments diligently and update of payment status to accounts
