SAP HCM Consultant
Job Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is good to have.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY),Leave and Time Management (PT).
- Develop and implement data migration strategies.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Test and troubleshoot SAP HCM functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP HCM features and best practices
