About the Role
Our Clinic Patients Relations team is growing rapidly and we’re looking for energetic, customer-oriented and detailed oriented folks to join our energetic team. As a Clinic Receptionist you will manage all aspects of patient’s experience at the front (and back of) desk.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Be the first point of contact to patients
- Manage appointments, payments and patient enquiries
- Handle patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Undertake cashiering, invoicing and collection of payments
Clinic Operations
- Opening and closing of clinic
- Prepare instruments and treatment rooms
- Ensure equipment are operationally-ready
- Maintain overall cleanliness of clinic
Administration
- Update and maintain patient files and database
- Undertake inventory and stock-taking
- Undertake administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for clinic operations
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability with other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and patients
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Must be willing to travel to all 4 clinic locations and HQ (when required)
Job Highlights

- 5/5.5/6 day work arrangements available; Work hours: 830am – 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
- No relevant medical experience required
- Possible additional allowance component for experience as Cabin Crew and/or Hotel Service Staff
