Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new clients and manage the transition smoothly.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
The monthly salary ranges from $3,000 to $6,000. Candidates must have 'A' Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.
